Architect /Project Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for any assigned project and co-ordinate all relevant activities for smooth functioning and to complete the project with utmost satisfaction of the client without compromising the design ideas.
• Responsible for preparing schematic drawings with area details, concepts, plan, sections, elevations, working drawings as per guidelines and volumetric analysis along with material science with necessary services relating to interior design. In the process assist in the evolution of Three dimensional views and presentation drawings.
• Selection and finalization of materials required for every project. Propose new and innovative ideas in designing.
• Work with the Partners and Design Team on large scale mixed-use developments, academic, and institutional , commercial projects
• Preparing Design Detailing, handling tender related correspondence, and technical coordination with the client and site team
• Experience in group housing projects/Residential & Commercial projects & Mixed land use projects.
• Having in good Knowledge of latest building Facade and its material specification and excellent presentable skills.
• Preparing Design Detailing, handling tender related correspondence, and technical coordination with the consultants and site team
• Collaborate with different stakeholders on the project such as consultants, contractors, vendors/ suppliers, to communicate intent and ensure the integrity of the project

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualified B. Arch Full Time Regular Course.
• Diploma in architecture Full Time Regular Course.
• In- Depth Knowledge of autocad,3ds max, revit architecture, Ms office
• Good co-ordination and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge in Working Drawings & Technical Services for Building, Sheds, Godown Etc.
• Sound knowledge in housing complex, cluster planning, Infrastructure/ Institutional Others Buildings.
• In- Depth Knowledge of preparing architectural presentation.
• Complete understanding of Site & Execution plan details drawings.
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
