Project Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. for building designs.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations throughout the design process.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from recognized institute.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing architectural work, conceptual design, gfc drawings etc. for public / commercial / large building projects.
• Well versed with the relevant architectural software i.e. SketchUp, V-RAY, REVIT, RHINO, 3Ds MAX, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, ETABS etc.
