Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP CS module solutions to meet business needs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze customer service process requirements.
• Design and configure SAP CS solutions, including service orders, contracts, repairs, and notifications, to align with business needs.
• Implementation & Customization:
  
• Customize SAP CS module functionalities, including integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PM, etc.).
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP CS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Integration Management:
  
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with external systems, tools, and databases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address system dependencies and data flow requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• User Training & Support:
  
• Provide training and documentation for end users and key stakeholders.
• Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and propose system optimizations.
• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Monitor and evaluate SAP CS processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively recommend system enhancements and best practices to improve customer service operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Technical Expertise:
  
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CS functionalities, including service contracts, warranties, equipment records, and service order management.
• Proficiency in configuring integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PM.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP system issues.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA CS module or migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP FIORI apps related to customer service.
• Certifications in SAP CS or related areas are an advantage.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
