To be successful you will need:
• Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Banking, Investment, and
Capital Market industry. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best
practices to provide valuable insights to the business.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users,
product managers, and IT teams, to elicit and document business requirements.
Translate these requirements into clear and concise specifications.
• Data Analysis: Utilize your SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from
various sources, such as databases and data warehouses. Perform data profiling
and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Query Formulation: Proficiently read and write SQL queries to retrieve specific
datasets and create ad-hoc reports as required. Use SQL to manipulate data for
analysis and reporting purposes.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business processes,
requirements, and data models. Maintain documentation throughout the project
lifecycle and ensure it is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet
business requirements. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical
implementations.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test
cases to validate that the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. Bridge the gap between business users and IT teams by translating
technical concepts into understandable language.

Skillsets we are looking for:
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Banking, Investment, and
Capital Market industry, including financial products, market trends, and regulatory
requirements.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries,
optimize database performance, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data,
identify patterns, and provide data-driven insights.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Detail-oriented with the ability to create clear and comprehensive
documentation.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a
team and across departments.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and
tools (Asana Dashboard )is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in banking, finance, or business analysis are
advantageous.
