Manager-Central Quality Assurance

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes and products comply with PVM (global + local) quality procedures and standards.
• Assessment of production process and creation of in-house quality policies, procedures and specifications in the absence of global protocol.
• To work with manufacturing teams on continual improvement in the areas of giveaways, rejections, complaints and measurement methods.
• To drive statistical process control and ensure all quality related variable are in centreline to ensure a consistent quality
• To drive and Manage the Organizational and Departmental KPIs for the Quality metrices.
• To ensure compliance and rollout of the Quality Inspection plans.
• To organize training for quality assurance staff to enhance their skill and knowledge of product quality requirements.
• To drive the implementation of Global Analytical Network.
• To support implement effective and paperless methods for quality documentation and recording.

They prepare and present to senior management reports of quality operations

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in independently building and implementing quality process systems.
