D365 Support Analyst – Operations

Job Description, duties & responsibilities

Work with business users to capture the issues and requirements and convert to functional specs

Preparing functional specification Documents and work with Developers

Work with business users to test he developed functionality and deploy

End user support and troubleshooting

Migration from Axapta 09 to D365 activities and related configurations

Technical Skill

Experience in Microsoft Axapta 09 & D365 functional configuration

5-10 Years of Experience in ERP domain preferably in Microsoft Axapta and D365

Minimum 3-5 Full life cycle implementation of ERP, Preferably Microsoft AX

Experience in mapping the business requirements to technical specs

Experience in Technical configurations and integrations

Experience in production, BOM, Logistics processes

Experience in warehouse and production processes and related configurations

Experience in Inventory management modules

Ability to interact with business directly and conduct technical discussions as needed

Creating technical documentation

Technical support for interfaces

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in CS, CIS, Math, MIS, or related Technology field

5-10 years of software development experience.
