Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the current Friedman ERP system.
- Develop a detailed upgrade plan and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.
- Conduct system testing and validation.
- Provide end-user training and support post-upgrade.
- Ensure the successful transition to the upgraded ERP version with minimal disruption to business operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Friedman ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ERP upgrades and data migration.
- Project management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
