Job Description

1) Coordinate with project teams on-ground under the Natural Heritage Campaigns big idea and assist Division Head in ensuring project implementation and deliverables are on track Assist the Division Head and PI in identifying and building more strategic partnerships under the project in the working states

2) Co-ordinate with a wide range of stakeholders including non-governmental organizations, academic, government stakeholders, and individuals to ensure smooth implementation of the campaigns under the guidance of Division Head and PI.

3) Assist the field team in planning, implementation and documentation of regular activity as planned in the project implementation plan.

4) Drafting content, stories Social Media plans reports etc. to maintain a regular social media

presence

5) Undertake frequent field visits to implement the campaign event in consultation with the reporting manager

6) Assist the Division Head in database management, analysis, and reporting related to all Campaign projects

7) Develop relevant technical reports and donor reports under the project

Skills

1) Monitor the progress of the ongoing projects of the division on a monthly basis

2) Ability to multi-task and ability to create and work in a team-oriented, multi-cultural environment

3) Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to work well with others or independently Initiative to problem solve

4) Responsibility to complete projects by a pre-determined deadline

5) Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in oral and written language Accurate and detail-oriented.

6) Self-starter, good time management, creative, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner
