Role Overview:
The Program Manager will design, plan, and oversee strategic programs aligned with organizational goals and frameworks like ESG, COP, and SDGs. The role involves budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality program delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan programs aligned with ESG, COP, and SDG goals.
• Develop budgets, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and foster partnerships.
• Standardize processes for scalability and replication.
• Ensure compliance with legal and reporting standards like BRSR and SROI.
• Represent UWBe at events to showcase programs.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate (MSW, MA in Development Studies, or related fields) with 1012 years of experience.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi, and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
• Experience in strategy, campaigns, and programs in areas like environment, education, and livelihoods.
• Willingness to travel for work.
