Roles and Responsibilities

• Central PMO for all development projects.
• Continuous tracking & follow up from all Project Managers on project Schedules.
• Own,Develop & maintain all project reports,trackers and data
• Act as the common link between the Design,Development and other tems to streamline deliveries and ensure key tasks are on track
• Review data & analyse information to generate insights,trends and dashboards in order to reveal patterns,and ensure optimization of processes.
• Look for opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Ensuring all steps of a project creation, development and closeouts are documented.
• Work closely with the SGM Dev and Finance/Procurement teams to ensure timely release of Pos, Payments e.t.c.
• Ensuring all standard process are followed up for all development projects.
• Co-ordinating with vendors and other stakeholders for timely execution of projects.
• Develop & Maintain master project schedules in association with the project managers.
• Highly proficient in usage of PM tools.
• Ensure project closeouts & invoices are completed as per the processes.

Preferred qualifications

• 7+ years of experience into the construction & real estate industry in similar role.
• Excellent in usage of Excel,MS Project and demonstratable experience in packages like power Bi or equivalent for data visulaisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
• Adept and willing to work in a high performance & fast paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep insights of fast paced commercial fit out projects.
