Job Title: Program Manager (CTOs Office)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to provide strategic program management and business operations support to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This unique role combines program management responsibilities with ensuring seamless coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex technical projects, interacting with C-suite and other Product leaders, while also handling the day-to-day program management tasks associated

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:

• Lead and manage key projects and programs that are critical to the CTOs agenda.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust, as necessary.
• Coordinate cross-functional leaders and teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the CTO on the status of ongoing projects.

2. Business Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the CTOs calendar, schedule strategic meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and prioritize critical tasks and initiatives in alignment with the CTOs strategic goals.
• Assist in preparing for board meetings, including compiling data and preparing reports.

3. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the development of long-term plans and strategies for the technology department.

What skills required?

• Bachelor's in technology and master's from prestigious institute.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or business operations support, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a technology-driven company.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prominent level of discretion and confidentiality.
