Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in advanced SEO, performance marketing, PPC, analytics, and marketing automation, along with a proven ability to develop and optimize digital campaigns across various channels.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Masters in any stream, Digital Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.

Develop and manage engaging content for websites and social media platforms.

Conduct advanced SEO strategies and performance marketing to improve visibility and ROI.

Analyze performance data to measure success and optimize campaigns based on actionable insights.

Perform CRO and A/B testing to enhance user engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience.

Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback and reviews.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.

Track KPIs and generate detailed performance reports.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in digital marketing roles with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.

Advanced skills in data analysis and CRO techniques, including A/B testing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
