Supervisor - Production reports to Production Head – and is
responsible for carrying out all production activities in shifts.
Authority
To take decisions for carrying out shop floor production activities and
engaging manpower for time bound activities by following SOPs and safe
working practices.
Responsibilities:
• Carrying out production activities on shop floor.
• Processing of production batches as per instruction of Production In charge and
in conformity with Process Sheet.
• Arrangement of raw materials for production in coordination with RM stores.
• Process monitoring as per SOP and recording of data.
• Manpower management in plant in shifts.
• Online inspection and testing.
• Monitor Consumption of raw material and power for process.
• Product discharging as per specified quantity and labeling.
• Ensure regular maintenance of all process equipments plant utilities.
• Conforming to safe working practices and imparting implant training.
• Coordination for dispatch as per plan.
• Maintaining proper Housekeeping in the plant.
• Ensuring achievement of Quality Objectives.
