Production Shift In charge - API Plant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in API Production
• Initiation and approval of change controls, Deviations.
• Preparation of documents as per the production planning of APIs & Intermediates.
• Preparation and review of SOPs w.r.t Production department
• Preparation of BPCR / ECR.
• Operation of Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD, FBD, RCVD. Knowledge of working in the intermediate section, PP area.
• Scheduling production as per production Plan.
• Batch Charging & monitoring of critical process parameters.
• Execution of Shift production planning.
• Preparation and review of Validation protocols and reports
