Jr. Engineer / Jr. Officer / Engineer / Officer - Production

Responsibilities

Production Planning

1. To Plan, review and co-ordinate day to day activities of plant.

2. To plan and set targets as per monthly production plan.

Maintenance

1. To attend to breakdown work.

2. To plan preventive maintenance as per schedule in plant.

3. To minimize breakdown Hrs.

Monitoring

1. Monitor Yield, Quality ,Time cycle

2. Ensure availability of manpower and RM in shift

3. Prepare shift schedule

Safety

1. To take part in investigation of Incidents / Accidents / Non conformance occurred in plant.

2. Ensure PPE compliance and safety work permit.

IMS/EnMs

1. To follow guidelines of IMS/ EnMS policies.

2. To prepare and maintain IMS, EnMs documentation.

Training

1. Training to plant personnel on SOP, MSDS & Hazards involved in plant process.

2. To give training from time to time to Plant personnel for upgrading knowledge related to work area.

Addl. Duties

1. To discharge the duties of Plant Manager in his absence.

Qualification Required : BSC / MSC Chemistry (5 + years experience) and Diploma Chemical (3 + Years experience)

Candidates from Chemical Industry will be preferred
