Role & responsibilities

• Maintain the productivity levels in sewing.
• Technically sound to set up & start a new style in the shortest possible time.
• Maintain monthly Cost/SAM
• Maintain MMR within the unit/plant
• On-time shipment, rescreening of shipment by style
• Cost-effectiveness of plant/Unit
• Profitability and capacity enhancement
• Maintenance (of defects)
• Handle Labour issues
• Security & administration of unit
• Control surplus and wastage
• Shipping quality merchandise and avoiding claims
• To make and submit MIS.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
