Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve production plans by ensuring efficient utilization of resources, manpower reduction, and development.
  
• Implement plant improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and overall efficiency.
  
• Develop new products through effective planning and execution of projects.
  
• Monitor CNC VMC knowledge to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
  
• Ensure awareness about alloy wheels industry trends and best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-17 years of experience (preference wiil be Alloy Wheels Industry) in a similar role with expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or Diploma -Regular
• Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principles and ability to apply them effectively.
