Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality products are delivered within budget constraints.
  
• Manage manpower handling effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (QC, Warehouse, Packaging) for smooth production flow.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing quality control measures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of controlling, dispatch planning, inventory management, materialize CSS, MRP systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
