Job Description
- Achieving production targets.
- Good Chemical engineering subject knowledge .
- Basic exposure to Process calculation and Formulae.
- Manpower Management.
- Monitor for safe Operation/Start up/Shutdown of the plant .
- Operation and Maintenance through DCS.
- Condition based Monitoring
- Isolating and releasing equipment for maintenance , Maintain History card of equipment. Adhere PM Calendar Raising work permit and completion of job in coordination with maintenance team Safety reviews and improvements .
- Monitoring the quality parameters at all stages Achieving efficiency norms Troubleshooting /problem solving for maintaining healthiness of the plant Ensure efficiency norms in terms of steam , power and raw material
- Ensure preventive maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment carried out in correct time.- Involve in cost estimation and commissioning of new projects.
- Hazop Study implementation Customer audit-Coordination Exposure.
- Achieving production target Maintaining efficiency norms Manpower handling Follow up and coordination of maintenance activity Ensuring safety of personal/plant
