Role & responsibilities
Business Development
- To meet the Business/sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis Volume(nos.) , Net Sales (%) and Revenue ( Rs), in partnership with the Regional Head.
- To Develop the strategic product wise plan for the region to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including RM productivity and improve participation.
- Assist Wealth Managers in the growth, acquisition, and retention of high net worth clients
- Attrition control of customers Control client attrition and strive for increased wallet share from the existing clients.
- Ensure availability of adequate MIS and reporting tools
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Assist in raising funds from HNI / UHNI clients with Technical & Fundamental research for equities and advising the same to clients mapped to the wealth managers.
- Regular meetings with Active clients, converting the dormant clients into active along with respective wealth manager.
- Regular regional visits for HNI client meetings, seminars/events.
- Send across research reports to current and prospective clients and assisting in writing quarterly client newsletters.
- Provide investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.
- Provide updates on investment opportunities to clients and Relationship Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient client support.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Maintain current knowledge of competitors' investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to inform decision-making and enhance client portfolios.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Assist in developing personalized financial plans, taking into consideration clients' unique goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, investment summaries, and performance reviews for client presentations.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Regional Head to mentor and develop the RM team

The objective of this role is to contribute to the team's efforts in delivering exceptional financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. As an Individual Contributor, you will provide crucial support to Relationship Managers, assisting in the execution of wealth management strategies and ensuring the meeting of the Revenue Goals. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for wealth management will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the team's overall success.
