About the Team:
Flipkart Ads, the advertising arm of Flipkart, capitalizes on the platform's vast reach and deep insights into user behavior, boasting over 500 million registered users. This vertical is designed to empower brands, sellers, and agencies to meet their marketing objectives effectively. By leveraging Flipkart's extensive user data, Flipkart Ads offers targeted advertising solutions that ensure high visibility and engagement for advertisers, making it an indispensable tool for driving growth and building brand presence in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
About the role:
As the Product Marketing Manager (Advertiser Loyalty), you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of advertiser retention initiatives. You'll focus on improving the experience of our advertisers, creating tailored campaigns to engage them, and ensuring their continued loyalty to our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and the larger marketing team to deliver best-in-class advertiser experiences and provide insights that inform product and marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertiser Retention Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to improve advertiser retention, focusing on building loyalty and long-term relationships with our advertisers.
- Loyalty Programs: Design, launch, and manage loyalty programs and incentives that increase advertiser satisfaction and repeat usage of our advertising solutions.
- Events & Workshops: Organize and manage events and workshops tailored to advertisers, enhancing engagement and providing ongoing education about platform updates, new features, and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to advertiser engagement, retention rates, and lifetime value, using insights to inform future strategies.
- Measuring & Managing NPS (Net Promoter Score): Regularly measure and analyze advertiser satisfaction and loyalty through NPS surveys. Use the feedback to identify improvement areas, share insights with the product and sales teams, and drive initiatives that increase advertiser satisfaction.
- Advertiser Feedback & Advocacy: Develop systems for gathering advertiser feedback and transforming this into actionable insights for improving products and services. Build and manage a pipeline of advertiser advocates/community for case studies, testimonials, and speaking opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales to align on strategies that enhance advertiser satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with external vendors, partners and agencies.
- Training & Support: Support the sales and customer success teams by providing insights, materials and training that improve their interactions with existing advertisers. Manage the Ads Academy set up and ensure content is up to date.
- Project Management: Ensure timely execution of initiatives, managing project timelines, deliverables and reporting.
The candidate should have the following:
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing or a related role, preferably within a B2B, advertising or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and/or loyalty programs is a plus.
- Experience with NPS or other customer satisfaction measurement tools.
- Experience in working with agencies and driving outcomes from them.
- Excellent event management and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving customer loyalty.
