- The PM will be leading a portion of the B2C vertical - from creation - execution - success for the same.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch of Growth focused Products.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and utilizing insights for strategic decision-making
- Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Innovation: Establish processes for continuous improvement, encouraging teams to seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance retention and reduce switching costs.
- Planning: Define product requirements, user stories, and develop and manage membership programs, including subscription models and loyalty initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute product roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Leverage Data: Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate and optimize product features for maximum impact.
- Contributor: Self-directing individual who proactively solves problems and anticipates needs, contributing to an environment of continuous learning
- Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for owned products and relevant flows, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years in product roles with a proven track record creating insightful products
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the BFSI/ Consumer Tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to blend creativity with commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
