About the Role:

- As a Product Manager for Unified Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services.

- You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing APIs, as well as managing the lifecycle of accessories and devices/clients.

- Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong governance for product management practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

- API Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive API strategy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and design.

- Oversee API development, testing, and deployment.

- Monitor API performance and address any issues.

- Ensure API compliance with security and regulatory standards.

- Accessory and Device/Client Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the lifecycle of accessories and devices/clients.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new products.

- Oversee product testing, certification, and launch.

- Manage product end-of-life and replacement strategies.

- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Product Management Governance: Establish and maintain product management processes and best practices.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.

- Develop and execute product roadmaps.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in product management.

- Strong understanding of API development and management.

- Experience in device and accessory lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Unified Communications industry.

- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.
