Job Description
Prioritize - Understand stakeholder priorities; partner with Vendor Coordinator & Production Team to identify potential solutions to meet their needs; able to guide scope and timeline discussions.
Draft Estimate - Draft project estimates and detailed scope definitions in partnership with Vendor Coordinator & Production Team.
Track & Report - Track and present detailed schedules, milestone objectives, status reports, and other documentation clearly and accurately.
Drive Team Meetings - Drive weekly project team meetings and daily SCRUMS and ensure Visual Control sheets are up-to-date.
Collaborate - Develop collaborative and positive relationships with Vendor Coordinator, Production Team and Stakeholders; motivate project teams to excel, while supporting their various work streams to ensure adherence to objectives, processes, and timelines.
Divergent Solution - Proactively identify opportunities to adapt and/or streamline processes for efficiency and suggests alternative solutions when required due to timeline or budget constraints.
Identify Risk - Identify and communicate potential risk and collaborate with the Vendor Coordinator & Production Team to reach a viable solution. Maintain a flexible approach towards the delegated tasks.
Identify Issues - Identify production issues and work to develop solutions with Vendor Coordinator & Production Team.
Consultant - Act as the consultant in various project meetings to gather information & vet out potential opportunities & involvement.
Juggle multiple projects - Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously; acts and carries out duties with a sense of urgency as needed
Timely Communication - Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client communications and feedback to the internal team.
OPEX - Responsible for the OPEX score card metrics/measurement.

Qualifications:
Graduate/post-graduate; preferably in Art/ Communications
Minimum 10+ years of Creative Project Management experience
Skills:
"Client-facing experience or creative agency experience required; both preferred.
PMP Certification (Added advantage)
Experience with creative development processes and needs across several media, 3d interactive/digital and video to manage and deliver work.Technical Know-how of MS Office Suit, 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop
" Able to articulate technical and creative concepts and requirements to a variety of audiences
Proficient in flexible & adaptive project planning methodologies
Passion for creative work and improving processes to build efficient workflows
Creative problem-solver; offers alternatives when needed for process, resource, time, and/or technology constraints.
Solid presentation skills and experience successfully pitching new ideas; Strong ability to influence with excellent written & oral communication skills."
