Digital Marketing Manager - Google & Facebook
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven D2C Head to spearhead our growth and customer acquision efforts. This role will be pivotal in scaling our D2C operations by managing all performance marketing channels, driving ROI-focused campaigns, and ensuring seamless brand visibility across digital plaGorms. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, analytical experienc, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional growth for the brand.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all performance marketing efforts, including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization, across digital channels.
- Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid media platforms to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, from prospecting to retargeting, ensuring consistent optimization for ROI and conversion rates.
- Drive data-driven decisions by analyzing campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion trends, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee D2C brand marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer experience goals.
- Develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, influencer collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and content that drive engagement and conversions.
- Build and manage a performance-oriented marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Monitor and optimize cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLV) metrics to maximize overall profitability.
- Report on campaign performance, budgets, and key growth metrics to stakeholders, providing clear insights and future action plans.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or D2C marketing roles, preferably in the eCommerce or retail sector.
- Expertise in running and optimizing paid media campaigns & Strong analytical skills on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Demonstrated success in scaling D2C brands and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and organic growth strategies.
- Experience in working with creative teams to build high-converting ad assets and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, ad platforms, and customer acquisition strategies.
