Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4, GPT-4o, LLAMA 2/3, etc.), Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-performance REST APIs using Python.
• Design, optimize, and fine-tune prompts for LLMs to enhance accuracy.
• Research and experiment with various LLMs to optimize cost and performance.
• Train LLMs with custom datasets and fine-tune models as needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, DL, NLP, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years (Senior AI Engineer) / 8+ years (Lead AI Engineer) in AI, ML, and Deep Learning.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Expertise in NLP, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models.
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL databases, and RDBMS optimizations.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of SQL Server and modern databases like Snowflake.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and algorithms.
• Nice to have: LangChain, Vertex Search, Vector Databases, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects (for Lead AI Engineer role).
