Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Finance to manage the financial operations of our US and other foreign entities. The role involves overseeing accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning functions while adhering to international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and group policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Consolidate and oversee financial reporting for US and foreign entities (US GAAP, IFRS).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate with local teams and auditors for timely statutory audits.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation.
  

Regulatory and Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws (GST/VAT, corporate tax,
  transfer pricing).
• Stay updated on global financial regulations (IRS, SEC).
  

Accounting and Internal Controls:

• Oversee accounting operations for foreign entities, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and discrepancies.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for foreign operations.
• Manage foreign currency transactions and minimize exchange rate risks.

Taxation and Transfer Pricing:

• Manage direct and indirect taxation for US and foreign entities.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and documentation.

Stakeholder and Team Management:

• Collaborate with global finance teams, auditors, and consultants to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership to India-based finance teams supporting foreign operations.
  

ERP and Technology Management:

• Ensure ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) across entities.
• Leverage financial automation tools for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification (MBA in Finance is a plus).
• 10 -12 years of financial management experience with exposure to US GAAP and international standards.
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation, multi-currency transactions, and
  foreign entity management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or QuickBooks.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
• Expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and forex regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
