Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on communication skills, process training, product knowledge, and soft skills.
• Develop customized training materials and content to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training content.
• Provide coaching support to trainers on effective delivery methods.
• Team Management
• Quality Audit

Candidates with any Degree.
