Job Description
What youll do:
Software deployment at public and private cloud services.
Customer project specifications, implementation, and management.
Software configuration at the customers server
Software technical support/application support to clients and key account management.
Pre-sales software support to the sales team, making project schedules, POC, doing technical demos, lead the technical discussions with customers.
Who you are:
Qualification: BCA/MCA/B.TECH/B.E. / Diploma in Computer Science
3-5 years experience in customer technical support/application support.
Prior experience in supporting BFSI industry customers will be preferred but not mandatory.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
