SME - IT Infrastructure

The ATS Corporate IT department is responsible for delivering critical enterprise-wide IT systems and services. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining advanced technical solutions, with a focus on enhancing system reliability, security, and efficiency. This role emphasizes expertise in endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and advanced patching techniques through Azure Arc, ensuring ATS s IT infrastructure meets the highest standards of operational excellence and security.

Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in endpoint security, vulnerability management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Arc for patch management and system monitoring.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.

Advanced Endpoint Security Management:

- Deploy, configure, and manage advanced endpoint security solutions, including CrowdStrike Falcon .
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to complex security alerts to protect against emerging threats.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure endpoint security measures remain robust and up to date.

Comprehensive Vulnerability Management:

- Lead regular vulnerability assessments across diverse IT environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, mitigate, and document remediation efforts.
- Maintain expertise in vulnerability management tools and methodologies.

Patch Management and Automation:

- Utilize Azure Arc for centralized patch management across on-premises and cloud systems.
- Develop and refine patching strategies to ensure system compliance and security.
- Automate repetitive tasks using advanced scripting languages like PowerShell.

Infrastructure and System Administration:

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise applications.
- Design and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions for business continuity.

Security Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards through continuous monitoring and audits.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, security posture, and remediation activities.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and insights.
