Process Associate - Treasury Operation & Banking Reconciliation Assoc

Role & responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, including various banking platforms, ERPs and currencies.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
• Prepare daily balance reports and distribute bank statements to other departments.
• Action & support payment processes for European countries in scope. Load supplier payment files to the banking system and be a key contact for all payment related queries.
• Set up and manage supplier payment templates on different online banking platforms.
• Perform monthly Balance sheet / other reconciliations assigned to the department.
• Support internal and external audit requirements as required.
• Verify Treasury vendor invoices to supporting data.
• Working Hours UK Shit (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM),

Preferred candidate profile

1- 3 years Experience of performing reconciliations in a high-volume transactional environment, Investigating and resolving queries & Use of online banking portals

Good English communication skills both - spoken & written.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
