The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, resolving queries at the first point of contact, and meeting the goals and needs of our clients..

Requirements:.

Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in U.S.

healthcare..

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills..

Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload..

Willingness to work in rotational shifts..

Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh..

Schedule:.

Monday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays off.
