Test Engineer

3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion testing (ERP, HCM, Financials, etc.).

- Strong experience with Python or Java for developing automated test scripts.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or PyTest.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud environment and its key modules (HCM, Finance, SCM).

- Ability to write complex SQL queries for validating test data in Oracle databases.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and functionalities.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience in JavaScript development with a focus on either React or React Native.

- Proficient in translating designs from Figma into front-end code with a keen eye for detail and componentization.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Cognito, SES, SNS, and others relevant to front-end and mobile app development.

- Strong understanding of REST-based APIs and experience integrating them into front-end code.

- Proficiency in using GitHub for version control, with a strong understanding of best practices in code management.

- Experience working in Agile environments, specifically within defined sprints.

- Ability to design technical solutions and suggest improvements or changes to existing code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and work with foreign developers too.

- Experience in the payments, Earned Wage access experience and fintech related domains is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Front-End Development : Translate Figma designs into well-structured and reusable components using React or React Native.

- AWS Integration : Work with regular AWS services such as Cognito, SES, SNS, etc., while developing mobile or front-end applications.

- API Integration : Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST-based APIs and microservices into front-end applications.

- Version Control : Manage and maintain code using GitHub, ensuring best practices in code management.

- Sprint-Based Work : Contribute to the development process within defined sprints, delivering tasks on time and meeting project milestones.

- Technical Design : Propose and design technical solutions, and suggest improvements to existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability.
