Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and market research.
• Manage key accounts by identifying growth areas, developing account plans, and driving revenue expansion.
• Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM (Marketing) degree from a premier institute.
• 7-12 years of experience in Business Development or Client Relationship Management in the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Proven track record of success in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles applied to industrial equipment/machinery sales.
