Job Description
- Create test scenarios and test cases with a great understanding of product features and business process.
- Training and assisting team members when required
- Taking additional responsibilities and initiatives as per the project needs
- Deliver all aspects of testing including functional, regression, load and system testing.
- Able to analyse the requirements and estimate high level QA efforts required.
- Responsible for high quality of assigned projects from software Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
- Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution.
- Able to work independently on project deliverables and exhibit ownership in work
- Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools and practices
- Follow QA team processes and standards and actively contribute to process improvements.
Requirements-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Strong Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, or similar.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
