Knowledge about Printing & Packaging process

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Testing:

Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Utilize laboratory equipment for analytical testing, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of test results, procedures, and any deviations.
Prepare and review quality control reports and certificates of analysis.
Compliance:

Ensure all quality control activities comply with SOPs, industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP), and company standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in the QC process and recommend changes.
Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
