Job Description
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai
Education: BE/B. Tech or Equivalent
Exp Level: 10-12+ Years
- Solution Design: Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FCCS solutions. Design Consolidation and Account Reconcialiation processes and Transaction Matching that align with organizational goals and financial best practices.
- FCCS Configuration: Configure FCCS application components, including dimensions, forms, business rules, calculations, data mappings, and security settings. Develop and maintain FCCS metadata and ARCS applications to ensure accurate and efficient data consolidation and reporting.
Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, data warehouses) into FCCS to facilitate the Consolication process. Develop data mappings, data load rules, and integration scripts as needed. - Business Rules and Calculations: Create and manage business rules and calculations within FCCS to support complex Consolidation requirements. Optimize rules for performance and accuracy.
- Report Development: Design and build financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using FCCS reporting tools. Ensure that reports provide meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
- User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to educate finance and business users on how to use FCCS effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to FCCS functionality and data.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune the FCCS application for optimal performance. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure timely data processing and reporting.
- Security Management: Implement security controls within FCCS to ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Define user roles and access levels based on business requirements.
- Version Management: Coordinate and manage FCCS updates and new releases. Test and validate changes before promoting them to the production environment.
- Practices and Standards: Stay updated with the latest FCCS features, industry best practices, and financial regulations. Apply these knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FCCS solution.
