About Role

• Technical interface to Customer, Product Owner & Security Architect.
• Leads the design, development & debugging of Security components & features efficiently in quick time ensuring stability, quality & KPI.
• Bring new ideas (Debugging tools, Methodologies) to increase development efficient and speed up development work within team & across domains.
• Participates in hiring for security domain.
• Drives and handles RFQ topics, Architecture knowledge sharing sessions.
• Ensure effective code reviews within team.
• Up skills junior team members to own or drive components independently.
• Shows high commitment & ownership in customer delivery as per timeline.
• Interacts with Security Architect to understand the architecture & guides team in design & technical clarifications.
• Ensure Agile Scrum Methodology is used.
• Ensure ASPICE process is followed in team for all features deliverables to customer.

Required Skills:

• Software development experience with Android based embedded system (5 years+). Android porting on hardware, Android version upgrade handing, Expertise in overall Android Architecture including Drivers, HAL layer, framework and applications. Understanding of Android Security Architecture, Android Verified boot, SELinux, Sandboxing, permission model etc.
• Must have software architecture skills, Operating system and programming fundamentals. Software requirement analysis, Software design, Code review.
• "Must have working experience with HSM or ARM Trustzone based trusted OS"
• Experience with Embedded/Automotive security concepts, like secure boot, RPMB, One Time programmable memory, Software signing.
• Experience with cryptography, authentication algorithms and protocols PKI, RSA, ECDSA, AES, PKCS standards, TLS, OpenSSL.
• Experience with any other Linux based embedded system like embedded Linux, QNX.

Education and Expertise:

Basic Qualifications:

• B-Tech/BE/MS/M Tech with 12 to 15 years of overall experience in embedded software development. with 5+ years experience in Security.
• Hands on Android System
• Programming languages - C/C++/Java
