Job Title : Principal Data Engineer.

Department : Technology.

Team : Data Platform & BI.

Purpose of Job :

We are looking for Principal Data Engineer, who has exposure in designing and building warehouse and data lake, create frameworks for the data pipelines and leading team to delivery.

Job Responsibilities :

- Total 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering field and Data modelling.

- Have minimum 5 years of AWS Cloud experience.

- Have 2+ years of experience in leading team.

- Well versed in languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Pandas etc.

- Have hands-on experience in building data lake and data modelling.

- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts.

- Must have hands-on experience of implementing the datawarehouse.

- Has extensive experience in Spark ecosystem and has worked on both real time and batch processing.

- Have experience in AWS Glue, EMR, DMS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step functions, Airflow, RDS, Aurora etc.

- Experience with modern Database systems such as Redshift, Snowflake etc.

- Worked on building data lakes in the past on S3 or Apache Hudi.

- Good to have experience on tools such as Kafka or Kinesis.

- Good to have AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate Certification.

Qualifications : At least a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Other Requirements : Learning Attitude, Ownership Skills, Delivery.
