Deputy Manager - Commercial Manager

1. To handle Key stakeholders and To Identify, secure and managing relationships like consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, builders
2. Liason and coordination with local authorities - Municiapl Corporation, Fire Dept, PCB govt officials and othersBudgeting and cost control
3. Inventory control
4. Budgeting and cost control
5. Managaing and controlling of fund and cost as per BOQ
6. Preperation of cash flow statements, reconcilition of subcontractor vs client billing
7. To coordinate with HO for all types of Budget finalization and act accordingly
8. To take care of the commercial aspects of the following departments i.e. Safety, MEP & Finishing
9. To Prepare and review technical proposal, price offer and commercial terms & conditions, risk and liabilities. Drafting and reviewing contracts and managing the contract and price negotiations
