Total and smooth operation of the Sales & Marketing Department.

Effective sales promotion and brand building of the Club.

Continuous effort in increasing sales for the Club and generation of revenue both in terms of membership , rooms sales and food & beverage sales.

Professional business relationship management as well as liaise with guests, companies, other company sales offices, travel agents, etc.

Overall business development in terms of rooms club membership , room sales, food & beverage sales, revenue generation, guest satisfaction and sale of various in-house services.

Formulate a sales and marketing programme periodically and even for a year and plan week to week sales activities with a view to maximize the staff time and promotional finance.

Shall keep himself / herself and the Sales & Marketing team updated on the marketing trends and Club selling techniques.

Shall review all internal sales promotional items on a regular basis to ensure that all Club signages, posters, tent cards, etc are adequate, visually effective and consistent with the company standards.

Shall be responsible for setting up appropriate filling systems of existing and potential accounts and keep them up to date and properly categorized.

Responsible for handling critical and acute guest problems whenever referred to by the sub-ordinates of the department or also by any concerned person of the hotel.

Responsible for marking V.I.P.

guests, taking special care and offering personalized services to regular and V.I.P.

guests.

Should co-ordinate with the Finance Controller in determining the companies and individuals to whom credits can be extended by means of term contracts only after verifying the previous records of the same.
