Product Ownership: Lead the development and optimization of core booking paths and specific areas within our iOS and Android applications that you will own and run.
Feature Optimization: Continuously improve existing features and come up with new impactful ones through the "build-measure-learn" rapid iteration cycle, leveraging A/B testing to measure and validate changes.
Collaboration with Technology : Partner with technology teams (within apps and other teams) to enhance the foundational architecture of our apps, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
User Value Proposition: Develop and implement strategies to build a meaningful value proposition for both existing and new users, enhancing overall user experience and satisfaction.
People leader: Lead PMs from other domains such as checkout, payments, and data analytics. Provide on-the-ground support and mentorship to ensure their professional wellness and growth.
Who you are:
Relevant experience of at least 6-8 years.
Proven experience as a product owner with a focus on mobile applications in a B2C space.
Experience in optimizing mobile app features and functionality
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and rapid iteration cycles
Excellent collaboration skills across teams, with the ability to work closely with technology teams
Articulate and communicate thoughts clearly.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders with logical and data driven thinking and discussion
Demonstrate leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience supporting and developing other PMs
