Civil Finishing Engineer

Position Overview:
The Civil Construction Finishings Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing works in construction projects, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to design specifications. This includes managing tasks such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling installations, and other interior and exterior finishes. The role demands expertise in civil engineering principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret finishing specifications and plans.
• Develop schedules and timelines for finishing activities, ensuring they align with the overall project plan.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of finishing materials.
