Machining Expert - Stainless Steel Components

Job Description:

How to optimise our customers machining operations. Which might include
        •       Machining Operations: Oversee and optimize machining processes for stainless steel components, including turning, milling, and grinding at our customer locations
        •       Machine Settings & Tools: Select and set up the appropriate machines, tooling, and cutting parameters for stainless steel, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
        •       Cycle Time Optimization: Analyze and reduce cycle times without compromising product quality or specifications.
        •       Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to machining, tools, and materials, offering effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
        •       Tool Selection: Choose the right tools, inserts, and coolants suited for various grades of stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316, etc.).
        •       Quality Assurance: Ensure the production of high-precision components with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes, adhering to quality standards.
        •       Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
        •       Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of machine settings, cycle times, and material specifications for future reference and process improvements.
