Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Technology Executive to join our team. This individual will start as an individual contributor and will be responsible for building out the technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic vision, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for productizing FactreeHub's core business flows.

- Drive the development, adoption, and iteration of an internally valuable product ecosystem.

- Identify external stakeholder value in adopting technology for their business constraints.

- Ideate, map user (customer & partner) needs, create a roadmap, prioritize, and bring useful products to market for the engineering ecosystem.

- Absorb business context and apply technology solutions effectively.

- Actively participate in the development process, ensuring practical and effective solutions.

- Advise founders on product strategy and provide paths for monetizing these products in the long run.

- Build and lead a technology team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior technology role, preferably within the design and manufacturing sectors.

- Strong strategic vision and the ability to create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify and address customer and partner needs.

- Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and actively participate in development.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading technology teams.

- Ability to advise on product strategy and identify long-term monetization opportunities.
