Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement the purchasing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the companys overall objectives and budget.
Analyze purchasing trends and forecast future procurement needs based on production, sales, and market conditions.
Establish and manage long-term relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Vendor Management:

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to ensure the company receives the best value.
Maintain a database of preferred suppliers and regularly assess their performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Purchasing Operations:

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from order creation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of purchase orders.
Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budget and procurement policies.
Monitor and ensure that all purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
