Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment, and promoting student participation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Delivery:

- Prepare and deliver lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum

- Utilize effective pedagogical styles to cater to different learning styles and abilities

- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all students

Student Administration:

- Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's rules and disciplinary systems

- Promote maximum student participation and assist students in developing good study habits

- Monitor and maintain student hygiene and health

Classroom Functioning:

- Create an effective learning environment through displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with parents and provide regular feedback

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Administration/School Policies:

- Maintain confidentiality of school records

- Adhere to and implement school policies

- Perform tasks as requested by the coordinator

- Professional Development:

- Participate in internal and external training programs

- Attend meetings and events as required

- Work Relations:

- Liaise with the principal, coordinators, and other staff members as required

Requirements:

- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field

- Experience in teaching Pre-Primary students

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment
