Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with brand identity and objectives.
• Use design software to produce final deliverables in various formats.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms and media.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure quality and alignment with client or company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video editing or animation tools (e.g., Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other front-end coding languages.
• Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
