Senior Consultant- Data Governance (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Manage the development and implementation of data management programs, including data directory, data sharing, unified personnel file, and data revenue generation.

- Develop and execute an entity-created plan for data management programs, including determining needs, monitoring progress, reporting on key performance metrics, and making adjustments as necessary.

- Coordinate with Business Data Stewards and Business Data Owners/Executives from each department to obtain reports on each data management program.

- Assist with data management compliance assessments and report the outcomes at the entity level.

- Conduct training sessions with Business Data Stewards on data governance policies, standards, and processes.

- Support the Chief Data Officer in communicating key governance priorities and successes across the enterprise as needed.

Experience :

- A minimum of 5 years of related experience.

- Experience in project management and leadership.

- Experience in leading a data governance program.

Skills :

- Ability to assess compliance and prepare required reports.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams involving business, IT, and other key stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
