Job Description
- Working with other members of the engineering team to develop and test new product designs
- Participating in research and development activities to develop new engineering ideas or improve existing designs.
- Evaluating new technology and materials to determine their potential applications in existing products or in new products Responsible for metal integration in the vehicle.
- Will be responsible for add and subtract to any metal part in the stretchers design.
- Conducting engineering tests on prototypes to measure performance against design specifications.
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the product can be manufactured efficiently and cost effectively.
- Skilled in workshop with an experience in using power tools and measuring tools.
- Ability to operate various machining-related tools (cutting, grinding, finishing, welding).
- In-depth understanding of prototyping, testing, homologation, and validation process.
- Ability to read and interpret various 2D, 3D and line sketch drawings Ability to visualize the final product output.
- Result-oriented/Goal driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate about learning, and takes initiative with a problem-solving attitude.
- Highest level of integrity (teamwork, confidentiality, ethics, and integrity are the pre-requisite for the role.)
- Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company s success.
